Our mission
At Vero Home Care, our mission is to provide compassionate, dependable, and personalized care that empowers individuals to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in the place they call home. We are committed to enhancing quality of life through exceptional service, meaningful relationships, and a person-centered approach that respects each individual’s unique needs. Through compassion, integrity, and excellence, we strive to give our clients and their families peace of mind, confidence, and the support they deserve.
How we support you
Everyday assistance can make home safer, routines easier, and family life less overwhelming. Every plan begins with the person and the support they actually need.
Respectful help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living.
Conversation, reading, hobbies, walks, and meaningful social connection that help reduce isolation.
Meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery support, and help keeping daily routines on track.
Dependable non-medical support that gives family caregivers time to rest, work, or tend to other responsibilities.
The Vero difference
Who we serve
Home care can help when everyday routines become harder to manage alone. Vero supports older adults who want to age in place, adults who need assistance with daily activities, and families who need a trusted helping hand at home.
We also support people returning home after a hospital stay, individuals experiencing changes in mobility or memory, and family caregivers who need time to rest and recharge.
Meet the founder
“Caring for people has always been my purpose.”
Markeisha Eaves has served as a Registered Nurse for more than 17 years. Her experience spans PACU, ICU, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Cardiac Catheterization, Pre-Operative Services, Emergency Department support, and other areas of patient care.
For the past 10 years, she has also worked as a travel nurse across more than 30 hospitals, including Level I trauma facilities. Her experience and belief that people deserve dignity, respect, and compassion in their own homes ground Vero’s approach to non-medical care.
Families & healthcare professionals
When someone needs extra help at home, clear communication matters. Vero works with individuals, families, discharge planners, social workers, and other professionals to understand daily needs and create dependable non-medical support around the person’s routine.
We can help families explore care after a hospital stay, during changes in independence, or when a family caregiver needs relief.

Vero Home Care respects and protects client information. Our team is required to keep client information confidential and follow all applicable privacy and HIPAA requirements. We do not sell or disclose client information except when authorized or required by law.
Caregiver candidates complete required background and registry checks, employment and reference verification, orientation, and state-required training before providing services. Ongoing guidance reinforces safety, professionalism, privacy, and person-centered care.
Potential payment and benefit sources may include private pay, Medicaid, private long-term care insurance, eligible Veterans benefits, workers’ compensation, and Area Agency on Aging grant programs.
Eligibility, authorization, coverage, funding, and Vero’s participation vary by program. Traditional Medicare generally does not cover ongoing non-medical personal care when it is the only service needed. Coverage is never guaranteed and should be confirmed before services begin.
